Sven Lindell
Marketing Strategy Director
A fractional Chief Marketing Officer with 25+ years of experience driving growth across digital, marketing, and retail. Sven has led transformative strategies for leading Australian retailers including Winnings Group, 4WD Supacentre, Woolworths, and Super Retail Group, and partnered with Private Equity firms such as Quadrant and Pacific Equity Partners to shape commercial and customer strategies across portfolio businesses.
He has also supported high-growth brands including Temple & Webster, The Man Shake, My Muscle Chef, and PE Nation, delivering measurable improvements in brand performance, digital growth, and profitability. Sven’s expertise spans omnichannel strategy, ecommerce, CRM, loyalty, UX, and digital trading, combining deep consumer insight with commercial execution to help businesses scale smarter and faster.

Hannah Doolan
Performance & Digital Director
A tenured performance media and social media marketer with 10+ years’ experience across social, paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising, she has worked across both agency and in-house environments for some of Australia’s most recognised consumer brands. Her experience includes senior roles at Pizza Hut and Lounge Lovers, as well as a leadership rol at a Tier 1 performance marketing agency.
She currently leads all retained performance and social media marketing accounts at Vantica, overseeing strategy, execution, and optimisation across channels. Her expertise spans large-scale media management, performance audits, agency-to-in-house transitions, and building high-performing teams and processes. Known for her commercial mindset and attention to detail, she helps businesses gain greater control, transparency, and measurable results from their media investment.

Vantica acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Owners of Country across Australia and recognises their enduring connection to lands, waterways and communities. We pay our respects to all First Nations peoples and honour their Elders - past, present and emerging.
